terms of service

Last updated: 11 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of plaecelabs.com (the "Site"), operated by Plaece Pty Ltd (ABN 98 685 608 155) trading as Plaece Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Plaece Labs

Plaece Labs is the systems and implementation arm of Plaece. We diagnose, build, and implement operational systems for wellness businesses — helping studios, schools, and practitioners connect their tools and manage the client or student journey. This Site provides information about our services and allows you to make enquiries or book a call.

Any paid consulting, diagnostic, or implementation engagement is subject to a separate services agreement or statement of work agreed directly between you and Plaece Labs, which will set out project scope, fees, timelines, and specific terms. These Terms govern only your use of this Site — they do not form part of, and do not override, any signed services agreement.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems, or any related networks.

3. Enquiries and communications

Where you submit an enquiry, contact form, or booking request, you agree to provide accurate information. We may use the details you provide to respond to you and, where relevant and with your consent, to add you to our newsletter. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, methodology descriptions, and design — is owned by or licensed to Plaece and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

5. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party sites.

6. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

General descriptions of our methodology or results on this Site are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee of outcomes for any particular business. Specific deliverables and outcomes for paid engagements are governed by the relevant services agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plaece will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
